I can't log in, what should I do?

If you can't log in to the simulator, please try to reset your password by going to www.roctimsim.com/password_reset.
If you're still having problems with logging in, please send an email to simulator@roctim.com.
How do I create a plant?

Enter a name and press the "+" button.
How do I add a machine/item to my plant?
+
Open the toolbox.
Open the category of the machine that you want to add, or serach for the item in the search box.
While hovering the item you would like to add, press the left mouse button and drag the item onto the drawing area and release, you can adjust the position afterwards pressing the left mouse button and drag the item to its the desired position.
Save the plant.
How do I delete a machine/item?

Hover the machine/item.
Press the delete button (trash can).
Confirm.
Save plant.
How do I connect machines/items?

Press the output dot (grey) and hold down the left mouse button.
Drag the mouse pointer (while holding down the left mouse button) to the desired input of the other machine/item and release the left mouse button.
Save plant.
How do I remove connections between machines/items?

Press and hold the left mouse button on the entry point of the connection.
Drag the mouse anywhere on the drawing area and release the buttons.
Save plant.
Can I customize what values to show on the flowchart after a simulation?

Hover over the box where the values appear.
Click the cog wheel.
Uncheck all values that you do not want to see and make sure that the ones that you want to see are checked.
Click the cross and save the plant.
This works for both stream labels and machine labels.
Can I add a custom particle size distrubution?

Yes!
Open the source item.
Click and select PSD.
Click the "+" button.
Enter name and sieve size and precventage passing in the input field. Seperate sieve sizes and percentage passing with ",".
Press the OK button.
You will now see a calculated PSD, click the OK button to store the PSD.
Select the one you just created.
Press update to apply the selected PSD.

Can I invite other people to my plant?

Yes!
Press the sharing settings button.
Insert the email adress to the person that you would like to share the plant with.
Select permission (wrench = write access, eye = read access), you can change this later.
Press the "+" button to add the person to your plant.
Can I generate a PDF report?

Yes!
Run a simulation.
Press the generate report button.
A PDF file will be created and downloaded to your computer.
How do I re-route a connection?

Click the connection.
Hover the white point, press the left mouse button and drag to desired location.
How do I move multiple equipment?

Click the equipments that you would like to move.
Hold down the left mouse button and move to desired position.
Can I add a text note to my flowchart?

Yes!
Open the toolbox.
Open the utilities menu.
Drag "Note" and drop it on the flowchart.
Enter the text into the text field.
You can also drag the not as you move the machines, delete it and also resize it by grabbing the right down corner.
Can I choose what interpolation I would like for my PSD?

Yes!
Select the PSD configuration button.
Click add custom PSD (plus sign).
Enter name and values.
If you would like the interpolation to be linear, check the check box, otherwise it will be interpolated by Swebrec.
Click the finish button and check your interpolated PSD.
